Little Stars Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric private practice serving children in Newburgh, New York and the surrounding areas. Little Stars was created out of a need and passion for providing occupational therapy services for children of all abilities. We offer occupational therapy and feeding therapy to children of all ages from the comfort of your own home, or in our clinic. Telehealth services are also available for all New York State residents.

Isabella Saffioti OTD, OTR/L Founder, Occupational Therapist
Isabella Saffioti is a licensed and board- certified pediatric occupational therapist, and the owner/founder of Little Stars Pediatric Therapy and Isabella Saffioti O.T. PLLC. Isabella holds a Bachelors of Health Science Studies from Quinnipiac University and a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Western New England University.
Isabella has experience among a variety of settings including public schools, early intervention and preschool intervention. Isabella’s experience includes working with children with Autism Spectrum
Disorder, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, and more. In addition, Isabella has specialized in sensory integration and SOS approach to Feeding.
Outside of patient care, Isabella is devoting time to continuing to grow the practice to serve more families in our area. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time with and traveling with her fiance Dr. Christopher Shea, Pharm. D.

1. Free Consultation
Connect with us to discuss your child’s needs, share concerns and learn more about our services. You will speak directly to Isabella, the owner and occupational therapist at Little Stars, who will answer your questions and recommend the next steps.
2. Evaluation
An evaluation will help me get to know your child, identify their strengths and challenges, and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. We can schedule weekly therapy sessions at this time.

3. Therapy Begins
Start therapy and watch your child grow! Begin in- home, telehealth, or in-person at our clinic individualized occupational therapy sessions We typically meet 1-3 times a week. During each session, we will work together to reach your child’s goals!
